Eric Anderson is President of And One Technologies and a startup investor, advisor and mentor in aerospace, IoT, mobility and medical systems. He has contributed to dozens of space products, missions, and programs. Eric currently supports technology and business aspects of several satellite and space activities. He emphasizes delivery of data and services via new technologies, channels, and business models including government access and use of emerging commercial space products and services.
As Chief Technologist for Space at Moog, he helped lead the company’s space business and collaborated with worldwide colleagues on business strategy, technology and innovation across multiple markets. Eric was part of the leadership team at the nationally-recognized small company CSA Engineering, serving several years as President.
He was on the technical staff at Jet Propulsion Laboratory, worked at Sikorsky Aircraft, served eight years as a city Planning Commissioner and is on the board of the Kenya-based education non-profit The Kilgoris Project. Eric earned BS, MS and Ph.D. degrees in Aeronautics and Astronautics at MIT.
Alan Campbell is a Principal Space Products Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services (AWS). His focus is on empowering customers with innovative new Cloud-based scalable solutions for the Aerospace & Satellite segment. Alan specializes in Data Analytics / ML enabling key insights in Satellite Communications, Earth Observation, and IoT platforms.
Prior to joining AWS, Alan directed the Panasonic Avionics Satellite Engineering team, delivering premium QoE to Inflight passengers. He led a major Cloud & Data migration of 100+ applications resulting in cost savings and SLA improvements.
Alan’s experience ranges from a Fellowship award at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, to authoring a book on Embedded Systems at Texas Instruments. He holds multiple Cloud certifications, satellite credentials and patents.
Dan Freyer is an industry veteran with over two decades of experience helping leading satellite builders, operators,
and users grow their business and pioneer new digital technologies for space networks, including the commercial development of Cloud Services for space. Â Currently with Capgemini, he has held prior positions in commercial development with SES, Ericsson, Orange, Intelsat, Hughes and Northrop Grumman.
Dr. Lucy Hoag is the Founder and CEO of Violet Labs, an early stage startup building single-source-of-truth software for complex hardware engineering teams. The Violet platform is the first SaaS integration platform that is purpose-built for hardware. Like Zapier, but for rockets and robots.
Prior to founding Violet, Lucy spent time as a Systems Engineer and Technical Program Manager at DARPA (SETA for TTO), Google, Waymo, Lyft and Amazon, helping bring satellite, self-driving car and drone projects to life.
Tushar is the co-founder and COO of Orbital Sidekick with over a decade of experience in aerospace and energy sectors. At OSK, he oversees product development, analytics, payload operations, software development, and is integral to the company’s corporate strategy and fundraising efforts. Tushar spent five years at Space Systems/Loral, part of the propulsion/systems engineering group building spacecraft subsystems and designing and testing launch operations. Prior to SSL, he was in the CCS and renewable energy space. Tushar’s expertise is in product development, data processing, fluid dynamics, spacecraft design, chemical and electrical propulsion. He holds BS/MS degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA and currently resides with his wife, Malika and two children in San Francisco.
